Overview

Kaizen Lean Toolkit ("the app") is designed to be private by default. The app helps you create quality-control reports and stores them on your device. We do not operate servers that collect your content, and we do not sell or share your information.

Information We Collect

We do not collect personal information from you. The app does not require an account, and we receive no analytics, tracking, or usage data about how you use it.

All content you enter — report text, project details, company name, logos, and attachments — is created and stored by you, for you.

Where Your Data Is Stored

• On your device: Your reports are saved locally in the app's private storage on iPhone, iPad, and Mac.
• In your iCloud (optional): If you are signed in to iCloud and have iCloud enabled for the app, your reports may sync to your own private iCloud account using Apple's CloudKit. This data is controlled by you under your Apple ID and governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. We have no access to it.

Files and Photos

When you choose a logo or attachment, the app reads only the specific file you select. When you export a report, the app saves a PDF to the location you choose. The app does not browse, upload, or transmit your files anywhere else.

Third Parties

The app does not include third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs. Aside from Apple's iCloud (used only if you enable it), the app does not send your data to any external service.

Children's Privacy

The app is intended for professional use and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
