We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your personal or internal business purposes, in accordance with these Terms and the applicable App Store terms. This license covers use on all Apple platforms including iPhone, iPad, and Mac.
Kaizen Lean Toolkit is a paid app available for purchase through the Apple App Store. All purchases are processed by Apple and subject to Apple's payment terms. We do not collect or store any payment information. All sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable law or Apple's refund policy.
You retain all rights to the content you create with the app, including reports, text, logos, and attachments. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of the content you produce and share.
The app provides templates and tools to help document quality-control and problem-solving analyses. It does not provide engineering, legal, regulatory, or professional advice. You are responsible for verifying that any output meets your own requirements and standards.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free. You are responsible for maintaining backups of important data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business, arising out of or related to your use of the app.
We may update the app and these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
